with your sugared dates! ok, i've seen one too many disney movies.i have begun incubating my preserved lemons, and have every hope that they turn into real preserved lemons at some point in the next 30 days. my other curing project for the month of january is bacon, to be made at some point later this month when i find a good butcher.
